We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for O'Learys in Lycksele - immediate employment!

O'Learys in Lycksele is now looking for a driven and committed restaurant manager who wants to become part of our strong community. With us, food, drink, sports and atmosphere are always in focus - we call it eatertainment. As our restaurant manager, you will be a key person in creating a first-class experience for our guests, or Fans as we call them.

What does the role entail?

As a restaurant manager, you will lead the daily work of the restaurant and be responsible for both operations and staff. You will motivate and develop the team, ensure that our guests have a positive experience, and ensure that the operation maintains high quality even under high pressure.

You have an eye for detail and enjoy taking responsibility. Working at a fast pace is something you enjoy, and you are a present leader who makes things happen.

We are looking for you as:

  • Have at least a couple of years of experience in restaurant work, preferably with experience from the kitchen.

  • Is used to personnel responsibility and working in a leadership role.

  • Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

  • Is service-oriented, solution-oriented and has a passion for people, food and sports.

  • Has a high school education.

Position: Spa host at Sele Spa Club

We are looking for new stars for Sele Spa Club! Your role is important and we want you to be dedicated with a natural aptitude for service, hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Who are we looking for?

As a receptionist/service staff, you handle communication, reservations and serving food and drinks to our guests.

You should be service-oriented and have experience in guest relations.

Positive attitude, commitment and the willingness to contribute to our endeavor to improve daily and create memorable moments for guests are important.

You are fluent in Swedish and English.

You are flexible and ready to work days, evenings, weekdays and weekends.

You will work independently and in teams with colleagues, depending on needs.

Your characteristics

You thrive in a positive work environment and radiate energy. You understand the importance of personal service and want to create a warm, professional and memorable feeling for our guests.

You are ready to take initiative, work independently and in a team. Collaboration is key.

Your mindset and attitude are the most important thing for us. Responsible, quick-thinking, independent and solution-oriented, with an eye for detail.

Experience from the service industry is a plus.

The position is full-time with a rolling schedule/shift and a probationary period of 6 months applies. Salary and access as agreed.
